Amy Spingle Interiors is a full-service residential interior design studio serving Ottawa, Montreal, and surrounding areas.

I’m Amy — Principal Designer & Founder — and I believe that everyone deserves a home that feels as beautiful as it is livable. My approach blends creativity, functionality, and a modern-eclectic sensibility to design spaces that tell your story while elevating everyday life.

Each project begins with connection. I take the time to understand how you live, what inspires you, and how you want your home to feel — then translate that into a cohesive design that’s timeless, personal, and effortlessly layered. Clients appreciate my eye for detail and my ability to bring together colours, textures, and pieces that create a complete, intentional space.

education

I hold an Honours Bachelor’s in Interior Design from Algonquin College and a DCS in Interior Design from Dawson College. My background also includes an Honours Bachelor’s in Psychology — a foundation that deepens my understanding of how people interact with their surroundings.

Alongside running my firm, I also worked as a stylist on a popular HGTV series — an experience that refined my styling expertise and strengthened my love for creating spaces that look as good as they feel.

Beyond Design

When I’m not immersed in client projects, you’ll find me curled up under a cozy blanket with a good movie or spending quality time with family and friends.

Because to me, that’s what great design is all about — creating a space you can truly live in, love in, and come home to.
